The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Mercy College provides free, one-on-one counseling to people who want to start a business and people who already have a business but want advice on marketing, finance, and other areas.

Over the past ten years, our SBDC has counseled more than three thousand clients and has helped many of them to achieve success. Our main approach is work with clients to help them develop a business plan, which may be used to obtain financing.

Our services are funded by Mercy College, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and New York State.

We have offices in Dobbs Ferry and White Plains.
