Samuel Sitkowski

Professor Sitkowski is an of counsel/attorney for the law firm of Cavallero, Aguirre, Lotero in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a Foreign Legal Consultant in New York, United States.  He is also a guest speaker at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina in the Criminal Law course, teaching Comparative law: Common Law and Civil Law legal systems.

Prior experience includes working (in Argentina, Spain, Japan, and the United States), at a large private investment bank in New York-United States (consultant); PepsiCo/Frito-Lay in Barcelona-Spain (corporate lawyer); Bar Ilan Foundation in Buenos Aires-Argentina (assistant general counsel); Bursztyn & Sitkowski law firm in Buenos Aires-Argentina (partner); and Government of Argentina in Buenos Aires-Argentina (legal auditor/ legal advisor).

Professor Sitkowski is admitted as an attorney in the Courts of Buenos Aires and Federal Court of Argentina; and as a Foreign Legal Consultant, Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division.
