General Info
Thank you for considering a gift to Mercy College!
Contributions to Mercy College are urgently needed in order to help Mercy grow and continue to be a dynamic institution that responds decisively to the changing needs of the community, the workplace and the student population. As we pass 50 years of serving the community, we need your support to continue to meet the needs of Mercy College. Gifts are used in a variety of ways including scholarships to deserving students, computers for each campus, equipment for laboratories, support for athletics and acquisitions for libraries. Your generous support will help sustain Mercy's mission of providing equal access to quality higher education.
There are many giving opportunities that allow you to play a leadership role in contributing to the growth and excellence of Mercy College.
Types of Funds:
Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is the key enabling Mercy College to supply its students with scholarships, attract top-notch faculty, add programs, and meet the College's top priorities. The Annual Fund helps to bridge the gap between tuition paid and the actual cost of providing a Mercy College education, while keeping tuition low and student services high.

Restricted Funds
Many supporters prefer to give to a particular area and restrict the use of the funds. Restricted funds are usually set up as an endowed named account. These are monies contributed ($10,000 minimum) where a named fund is set up in perpetuity. The interest from the gift is used to fill a specific need at Mercy College.
However, contributions of any amount may be restricted to a particular program or Campus.
