How long have you been at Mercy? What is your motivation for staying?

Almost forty-five years! I have stayed for these reasons:

1) Opportunity to be in higher education at an institution whose mission I agree with.

2) Satisfaction of interacting in and out of the classroom with such a diverse and tolerant group of people.

3) It has been for me many different career paths in teaching and administration.

4) The fact that even in "hard-times" a significant number of people pull together for the good of the institution.
