Directions for Graduating Online Learning Students
to Obtain Guest Tickets
Online Learning students who plan to attend Commencement ceremonies, and who need guest tickets, must have the DL code as their home campus in our system. The following procedure does not apply to students merely taking online courses. To request and receive guest tickets, please do the following:
1. Fax a copy of your driver's license or other photo identification to the Mercy Online offices at 914-674-7240 to the attention of Alberto Mejia. Be sure to include the exact address you would like the tickets to be mailed to. Be sure to include apartment or house number and double check the zip code. Tickets will not be re-mailed if returned. Once we have your information, tickets will be mailed within 24 hrs. The deadline for ticket requests is May 6th to ensure ample delivery time.
The maximum number of tickets allowed is four. The student does not need a ticket.
Please note: Attendance of young children is discouraged. If they attend they will need a ticket. Strollers will not be allowed in the County Center.

Orders for graduation garb may be placed starting April 2, 2007 via the internet (www.mercy-dobbs.bkstr.com) and the gown etc., can be mailed to you or picked up at the Bronx or Dobbs Ferry Campuses. Gowns may be purchased at the Bronx and Dobbs Ferry bookstore starting Monday, April 9, 2007.
In addition, you can also pick up your gown at the Senior Gradute Salute. Campuses and dates are as follows:
- Bronx Campus - May 12th 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Dobbs Ferry Campus - May 15th 12:00pm - 6:00pm
- Manhattan Campus - May 10th 2:00pm - 6:00pm
- White Plains Campus - May 7th 2:00pm - 6:00pm
- Yorktown Campus - May 9th 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Cost of graduation regalia:
- Associates degree (cap/gown/hood) = $50.95 + tax
- Bachelors degree (cap/gown/hood) = $54.25 + tax
- Masters degree (cap/gown/hood) = $60.25 + tax
To get the correct hood for your degree (AA, AS, BA, BS, MA, MS, etc.), please check your degree audit on Mercy Connect before purchasing your Commencement attire.
