Mercy College uses the NY ALERT emergency notification system to send phone, e-mail, text and/or fax message alerts to students, faculty and staff when events on or off campus threaten safety.

How to review your contact information:

  1. Once you log in you will be prompted to choose your own password and choose a security question. If you wish to update or enter new contact information, simply replace the phone numbers and e-mail addresses that appear in the boxes on the screen
  2. Add new devices by selecting and entering the necessary information in the appropriate boxes
  3. Be sure to select the SUBMIT button on the bottom of the page after making any changes to personal data

The addition of the NY ALERT emergency notification system to our current security platform, which includes the College's Emergency Response Guide and information line, (914) 674-7777, as well as emergency response training and security officers at each campus, increases Mercy College's ability to provide a safe and secure learning environment for every member of the College Community.
