Mercy College

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, commonly known as The Clery Act, is a federal consumer protection law passed in 1990 and more recently amended in March of 2013. The Clery Act requires all postsecondary institutions participating in federal student financial aid programs to disclose campus crime statistics and security information to the public.

Mercy College's Annual Security Report includes reported campus crime statistics for the past three years as well as information about campus safety polices and protocols. Mercy College is also required to disclose all fire safety information related to any on-campus student housing facilities.

This information is incorporated into Mercy's Annual Security Report which is available both online and in print by visiting the Campus Safety Office located in Main Hall room 234 at the Dobbs Ferry Campus.
