About Bronx Library

The Bronx Campus Learning Commons provides student workstation computers, quiet study, small group study, an instruction lab, a loaner laptop program, and scanner/fax capability.  Please note, the instruction lab has been relocated to an upgraded space directly across from the Circulation desk.  The new lab is available for faculty requesting library and research instruction and features movable tables and chairs, a smart podium for media presentations and 30 laptops.  Please speak with a librarian or Circulation staff member for use of the lab.

The Bronx Campus Library houses the “Eye on the Bronx” collection of books focused on Bronx history, culture, the people, and contemporary life. The library’s other special collection includes the Curriculum Library, which provides materials to help the school of education students prepare lesson plans and themed units, and also includes many of the texts used in the area schools.
