Support for Faculty

Mercy College Libraries offer support to faculty in all areas of their scholarly endeavors - teaching, scholarship, and service.  We provide information literacy sessions as requested, both general and course-specific, support for your publishing, as well as collaborate on best outcomes for students.  Additionally, we provide collection development support for adequate and current curricula needs.

Student Research Assistant Support

Faculty members may request one-on-one research training for student research assistants.  Once this training is completed, students will be provided increased access to Interlibrary Loan in support of faculty research.  Please contact your school’s library liaison to take part.

Poster Printing of Student Work

The library provides poster printing free of charge to all Mercy students. Faculty members may choose to incorporate a poster assignment into their syllabus, use a poster assignment as a means for a student fulfill an Honors contract, or encourage student involvement in academic conferences and symposia.  To learn more about the Library’s poster printing program, please visit our online guide.
