What Students Say

Mercy Mavs are passionate. They're driven. They're motivated by a desire that comes from deep within. But don't take our word for it. Listen to what some of our students have to say in their own words.

What's Next

  • File Your FAFSAThis is how we determine how much financial aid, grants and scholarships you’ll receive. Complete this online using Mercy code 002772 to make sure we receive it.

  • Review Your Financial Aid Package Our Office of Financial Aid starts sending out award letters in December for the following fall semester, so look for that in your mailbox, provided you complete your FAFSA first.

  • Pay Seat Deposit Say yes to life as a Maverick by sending us your seat deposit. It’s the best way to show us you’re serious about coming to Mercy College.

  • Come to an On-Campus Event Here's where you really start to feel the Mercy spirit! Attend an Open House or Accepted Student Event. which is an invitation-only gathering for accepted Mavs like you this spring.

  • Meet Your PACT Mentor After you register for classes, you’ll be introduced to your personal PACT Mentor, the person who will help guide you through college life.

  • Register For Classes While classes aren’t the only thing that make you a college student, they’re pretty important. You can register for them at one of our Accepted Student Events once registration opens in February.

  • Send Us Your Final Transcripts As you get closer to high school graduation, we’ll need you to send us your final high school transcripts. You can request these from your school guidance office.

  • Submit Immunization Paperwork This last bit of housekeeping before coming to college will be sent to you in your Accepted Student Packet and must be completed before the start of classes in the fall.

  • Attend Orientation You're in the final stretch now! Orientation gets you familiar with the campus and life as a Mercy College student. It's the can't-miss event of the summer!
