Although we would love for you to complete your entire degree at Mercy College, we also accept visiting students who want to study abroad! Many Scandinavian students complete their Bachelor's degree in their home country but spend their second year abroad in the United States. We can help you register for eligible courses and will give you a custom acceptance letter that states all of your courses so you can easily secure government funding.

Once you are admitted, submit the documents listed below obtain Form I-20 form to the International Students Office no later than 30 days prior to the start of your program:
Complete the Residential Life Application if you plan on living on-campus.
Register for Classes
Submit payment for first semester tuition, registration fees and the one time international student fee upon registration for classes.
Submit Meningitis and MMR Immunization Forms before the first day of class.
Make an appointment to obtain a visa in your home country or transfer your SEVIS record from another school in the United States.
Arrive in the U.S. no earlier than 30 days prior to the start date of your program.
