Students are responsible for transportation to and from campus and to/from local field trip venues.

Summer STEM Programs not offered in 2017

"Get your feet wet" in science and math research and teaching as you participate in hands-on activities, analyze data sets and teach others about your findings. Visit local scientific and educational institutions, work side-by-side with scientists and mathematicians, earn a stipend, boost your resume and have fun!

Who is Eligible?

Open to students who have completed their first or second year at Mercy College, Bronx Community College, Rockland Community College or Westchester Community College with a keen interest in mathematics and/or biology. Students considering pursing a career in math or science education are strongly preferred.

Program Dates

Monday - Thursday, June 1st - 18th, 9 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., with a few longer days and possible Fridays for field trips. 

Accepted students must commit to attending all hours of the program.
