October 21, 2015 - Galit Peleg, Consul for Public Affairs at the Consul General of Israel in New York joined us for the International Speaker Series on the topic of “Israel: Its Place in the Middle East and the World”. Her presenation and discussion was a unique and an exciting opportunity for the Mercy College community to learn more about Israel from its distinguished Dipomat..

Our students, staff and faculty were inspired by a dynamic presentation and appreciative of the opportunity to meet Galit Peleg and to learn about Israel’s history, its culture, and its relationship with its neighboring countries and the United States.  The audience also enjoyed gaining insight into Israel’s role in the global arena
