Susie Moscou, MPH, PhD

Dr. Moscou, a Family Nurse Practitioner (Yale University School of Nursing, 1995), earned her MPH at the Columbia University School of Public Health (1992) and PhD at the Heller School of Social Welfare at Brandeis University (2006). Her research focuses on problems of race and ethnicity in clinical education and research; social determinants of health; and implicit and explicit racial and ethnic biases among health professional students in the US, Canada, and Europe. She teaches courses on health policy, diversity, and population focused health, and develops and pursues international service learning projects with Mercy students, most recently in Guatemala. Dr. Moscou is a member of Sigma Theta Tau.
