Project Request Form

Please complete the fields below in as much detail as possible so that we can best address your request. Requests are reviewed by IT and then various college committees advise on the prioritization of these projects. The College's Executive Officers provide the final prioritization and approval.

The above process is followed to optimize IT resources in alignment with Mercy's strategic priorities.

It is important to note that the projects to be worked on by IT in the current fiscal year are decided prior to the start of the fiscal year. For example, the projects to be worked on in fiscal year 2016 are decided in fiscal year 2015. However, if a project is mandated and needs to be completed immediately, please answer "Yes" for the question which asks whether the project is mandated below and specify the compliance date when prompted for it.
