Associate Professor Tom Coughlan Featured on Panel at Nonprofit Leadership Summit

Mercy College Associate Professor of business Tom Coughlan, D.B.A., was featured on a panel at the United Way of Westchester and Putnam’s 2021 Nonprofit Leadership Summit in early May. During the panel, which focused on strategic planning and program evaluation, Coughlan and a few other professors from local colleges and universities answered questions submitted by Summit participants. One point Coughlan made is that organizations must continually question their assumptions and outcomes in order to make sure that they make the biggest impact.
