Mercy College Assistant Professor of Corporate and Homeland Security Matthew Miraglia was interviewed by News 12 about the video of a recent Cleveland murder that was posted on Facebook.

“This is what we call in the forensic psychology world a ‘legacy token’,” said Miraglia about the video.

Miraglia went on to explain that the video itself is a double-edged sword. “From a law enforcement and apprehension perspective, having information and at least the person’s face out there, no longer makes that individual invisible,” said Miraglia.
