The Mercy College Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant Programs made a strong showing at the annual American Occupational Therapy Association conference held in Philadelphia.

This conference marked the 100th anniversary of the occupational therapy profession.

Nineteen faculty, students and alumni made 14 presentations ranging from posters to three-hour long workshops.  A large group of students from the programs traveled to attend their first national professional conference, thanks to a Senate micro-grant.  The programs also held an alumni reception and reconnected with over 70 alumni.
