Sing Sing Correctional Facility hosted its largest graduation in program history with 44 graduates receiving either an associate's or bachelor's degrees in Behavioral Science or Liberal Arts. Mercy College President Tim Hall was there to confer the degrees. Mercy works with the Hudson Link Program to help inmates change their lives through higher education. Emmy Award-winning CBS journalist and 60 Minutes correspondent, Bill Whitaker delivered the commencement address.
