e-CHUG, e-TOKE, & Sexual Violence Prevention

Mercy College has partnered with eCHECKUP TO GO, which was developed by psychologists at San Diego State University, whose mission is to provide students with personalized, evidence-based online behavior intervention programs designed to empower students to make healthier and responsible choices. Among these programs are the e-CHUGe-TOKE,  and Sexual Violence Prevention online programs.

As part of our comprehensive prevention program for students, Mercy College invites you to complete the e-CHUG, e-TOKE, and Sexual Violence Prevention programs. These online courses will empower you to make well-informed decisions about issues that affect your college years and beyond.

e-CHUG: The electronic “Check-Up to Go” is a brief, self-assessment that provides you with accurate, detailed and personalized feedback on your use of alcohol, and specific information and helpful resources in the Mercy College community.

Sexual Violence Prevention

Sexual Violence Prevention (SVP): The electronic Sexual Violence Prevention program was designed to inform and educate students on Title IX as it pertains to dating violence, sexual assault, stalking and domestic violence.
