Food & Toiletries Assistance:

  • NYC Free Meals for ALL: Any New Yorker can get three free meals a day at more than 400 Meal Hubs across the city. Meals can be picked up at all Meal Hubs 7:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Find a meal hub here.
  • Plentiful: A free, easy-to-use reservation system for food pantries and the people they serve. Use Plentiful to find pantries and get the food you need, without waiting in line.

  • NYC COVID-19 Food Assistance Resources: A list of food pantries and Grab & Go Meals, SNAP applications, ways to donate & help, and Food Delivery Assistance.
  • Smart Tricks to Store Fresh Produce: Expand the shelf life of your herbs & produce with these easy tricks! Guide is in English, Spanish, Chinese, & Korean
  • Imperfect Food Grocery Service: Imperfect Food offers a 33% discount to individuals who apply for the Reduced-Cost Box Program. You do NOT need to qualify for SNAP, and the application takes less than 5 minutes! They will deliver a box of groceries that YOU PICK straight to your door on a weekly basis. If you sign up and don't order a box immediately, they send you a 20% off coupon for your first 3 orders. They are still going strong with an increase in service! .
  • Diaper Assistance: To find out if an agency in your area provides diaper assistance to families in need, please call 2-1-1 on your phone or search online at 2-1-1.org. Specialist are available 24/7 to help identify local resources that may be able to help provide diapers and other basic necessities.

  • Edquity.co: The Edquity App helps you manage the money you have and find the emergency supports on- and off-campus – as well as emergency dollars – when what you have just isn't enough.
    • NYC COVID-19 Mutual Aid Website: An extensive list of resources in NYC, including ways to volunteer, resource sharing documents, grocery delivery services, and other relavent information relating to COVID-19 help in NYC
