Are you enrolled in an Online Course?

Listed here are a few Helpful Tips for Successfully Completing an Online Course:

1. Check your Blackboard everyday in order to stay on track with your course load.

2. Check your email. Your professor may send you updates through blackboard or your Mercy Mavericks email.

3. Stay in contact with your professor. Let your professor know if you are having difficulties in the course.

4. Submit all assignments on time. Keep in mind, you may lose points for late assignments.

5. Manage your time and prepare a schedule if needed.

6. Organize your notes for future reference.

7. Make an appointment with the Library if you need writing, or research services.

8. Online tutoring is available.

Hybrid Courses at Mercy College

Hybrid courses give students the opportunity to partake in both classroom and online teaching. 

Hybrid courses give students the opportunity to have face-to-face interactions with their professor as well as online learning activities for a further understanding of topics being taught in the classroom.
