Fall/Spring Housing Application

If you are a current student not in housing for Fall 2019, you will be eligible to apply and pay the $100 nonrefundable housing application fee beginning Monday, November 4, 2019.

HOUSING APPLICATION: Please click on this link to apply! Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the next steps to complete, which include:

  • Room preference selection (single, double, etc.)
  • Meal plan selection
  • Spring 2020 Housing Contract signature
  • Checklist of requirements to be eligible for housing

If you are a new student at Mercy College this Spring 2020, please go to www.mercy.edu/accepted to pay the $200 Mercy Deposit. Upon doing so, a housing application will be automatically submitted on your behalf.

SPRING 2020 IMPORTANT DATES

November 2019

Room and board charges will begin to be added to student accounts on November 6th for those who have completed all of the following:

  • $100 Housing application fee paid
  • Registered full-time for Spring 2020
December 2019

SPRING HOUSING CLEARANCE DATE

All requirements must be completed by December 13th in order to be eligible for a room assignment.

Residential Parking

First-Year residential students are not eligible for parking permits.

Upperclassmen residents will be eligible for residential parking permits AFTER they are determined fully eligible for housing by the college. Please note there are a limited number of parking passes and residential students are not guaranteed a spot.

eCHECKUP TO GO Online Educational Programs

eCHECKUP TO GO modules are a housing eligibility requirement. Students only need to complete these 2 modules once during their time in housing.

  2. Click on the button that states “I HAVE NOT completed the Alcohol eCHECKUP TO GO previously”
  3. At the end you will see a resources page as well as the opportunity to verify your completion.
  • You must enter your name, CWID, and Mercy Mavericks email address and click “Next” in the verification box.
  • Your eCHECKUP TO GO data is confidential and is NOT attached to your verification

Sexual Violence Prevention eCHECKUP TO GO
