2018-2019 Continuing Housing Student

We are glad to hear of your interest in returning to on-campus housing for the 2018-2019 academic year. To confirm your interest and participate in the continuing resident room selection process, please pick up from the Residential Life office and complete the:

  • Continuing Housing Application Fee Form.
  • 2018-2019 Housing Contract. The Housing Contract Acknowledgement Form must be completed and returned with your meal plan selection for the 2018-2019 academic year.
Continuing Resident Room Selection

In order to apply for Hudson Hall or the Hotel, please pick up a Continuing Resident Room Application/Roster from the Residential Life office.

  • Rosters must be filled in with current residential students who all agree to live together. All roommates listed must completed the Continuing Housing Application Fee Form and registered full time for Fall 2018 in order for an application to be considered.
  • Rosters are due April 13, 2018.
Important Dates

July 1, 2018
Room and board charges will begin to be added to student accounts of those who have completed all of the following:

  • 2018-2019 Housing Contract Acknowledgement Form with selected meal plan
  • Continuing Housing Application Fee form received
  • Registered full-time for Fall 2018

If you are withdrawing from housing, send an e-mail to and your Fall 2018 room and board charges will be removed from your account.

August 1, 2018
All requirements must be completed by August 1st in order to be eligible for a room assignment.

  • Fully Executed 2018-2019 Housing Contract Acknowledgement Form
  • Registered full-time for Fall 2018
  • Established method of payment for tuition and fees
  • Room and board paid in full for the Fall 2018 semester
