New Residential Students

Student in dorm room

Welcome to Residential Life at Mercy University!

Whether you’re living on our Westchester Campus or in Dorm34 in Manhattan, residential life is a great way to maximize your college experience and make lifelong memories and friends.

Getting Started

If you’re interested in living on campus, the first step is to complete your $200 residential enrollment deposit on your student portal.  ($100 deposit for Mercy University and $100 application fee)

After your deposit is processed, you will be able to submit an application on the housing portal that includes selecting your room preference, confirming the meal plan and signing the housing contract. A completed housing contract is necessary to secure your room.

If you have any questions, reach out to residentiallife@mercy.edu, we’d love to help.
