The Office of the Registrar team is here to assist you with all registration, immunization and academic records related tasks. Every student is welcome for assistance and guidance in successfully registering for courses, submitting immunization records, requesting transcripts and other records as well as help with degree conferrals. 

Change of Address on Demand

All students, staff and faculty can now update their address directly in the Mercy Connect Portal.

  • Students can be directed to Mercy Connect for any address changes.
  • Staff and Faculty no longer need to contact HR and can update their address directly as well.
  • Please ask all Faculty assigned to courses to review and update their information in the connect portal.

Announcing Mercy University

Mercy University Diplomas

Alumni will be able to place a request for a renamed Mercy University diploma once the diploma vendor has updated the template. Sign up below to be notified when the updated diplomas will be available for order. There will be a $30 fee for ordering a replacement diploma.

Order Your Diploma

If you did not receive your original diploma due to an address change or any other circumstance, you can request it by using the First-Time Diploma Orders option. For all other requests, please follow the Duplicate/Replacement Diplomas link to request another. 

If you graduated in May 2022 or later, first-time diplomas are automatically processed, and notification is sent to your mercy.edu email.
