February 25 Message to Study Abroad Students

Dear Study Abroad Students,

Mercy College is following advisories published by the U.S. Department of State and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19), first identified in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Our goal is to keep an open dialogue with everyone potentially impacted, and our staff is working closely with regional health authorities to stay abreast of ongoing changes. The health and safety of our community are our top priorities and we encourage our students studying or traveling abroad to be vigilant and to stay informed of the latest developments.

We understand that other countries could be impacted moving forward and we encourage all study abroad students planning to travel internationally to visit the U.S. Department of State and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) websites for updates.
