TURBO Flex

If you want to earn an MBA but you didn’t study business in college, Mercy College has an exclusive program that will help you cover the basics before diving into the deep end. 

TURBO Flex will teach you the fundamentals of accounting, marketing, finance economics, communications, ethics and management, along with practical job skills like Excel, decision making, research methods and presenting.

This program mixes cooperative learning with modules of self-guided instruction and intended to be completed in just 3 and a half weeks. By the end, you'll have a strong foundation for everything you’ll learn in our MBA program, so you can start your core courses with confidence.
