The Mercy College IT Services department is available to all faculty, staff and students who are using college resources and require technical support.

Hours of Availability:
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Phone and Email excluding school closures and scheduled school holidays. Be sure to provide contact information where you can be reached. Many times your issue can be resolved over the phone or by immediate use of remote control tools.
