Logging into Computer lab computers using Mercy Credentials

Logging in using Windows 11

1. When you are using one of the computer labs in the library or computer labs, you will be able to sign in using your Mercy username and password. If the computer is not turned on, press the power button to start the computer.
2. Once the computer has started and the “lock screen” appears, press any key on the keyboard to login.
3. When the login screen appears, enter your Mercy username which is the part prior to the @ sign in your Mercy email address.  For example, if your email address is jdoe@mercy.edu, your username would be jdoe.  Then, enter the same password you use to login to Mercy Connect, Blackboard Learn, and your Mercy University Email.
